But here's the honest take: for most users, the Galaxy S25 at ₹79,999 or even the S25+ at ₹99,999 delivers 90% of the S25 Ultra experience. The Ultra's premium is mainly for the S Pen, 100x Space Zoom (rarely used), and the titanium build. If S Pen productivity matters to you — it's worth every rupee.

S25 Ultra camera — what's actually different

The headline is the 200MP main sensor — but you rarely shoot at 200MP. The AI-driven processing across all zoom levels (from 0.6x ultrawide to 100x Space Zoom) is where Samsung truly leads. Nightography continues to be best-in-class for low light. Portrait mode with the 12MP 3x and 50MP 5x telephoto gives beautiful subject separation.
